Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy: We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video demonstrating the issue. Please submit your return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

3. Refund Process: Refunds for returned products will be credited to the original payment method or your Beauty Planet India website wallet, as per your preference.
